National Conference 


Smart Knowledge Discovery in Information Technology and Communication Engineering (SKITE) is a prestigious National-Level conference hosted jointly by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and the Department of Information Science and Engineering, scheduled for May 3, 2023.
This event welcomes submissions across diverse IT fields, including AI, IoT, Software Engineering, Networking, Data Mining, Algorithms, Image Processing, and Cloud Computing.

SKITE provides a platform for researchers, faculty, industry professionals, and students to share and discuss cutting-edge research.The conference employs a stringent paper review process ,recognizing outstanding contributions with Best Paper Awards. Additionally, SKITE is affiliated with international journals, offering selected papers a chance for publication.

Participation extends across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh colleges, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange. SKITE is a beacon for innovation, promoting excellence in Information Technology and Communication Engineering.

Admission Procedure for B.E Courses  

  • The Application form should be filled completely and correctly and handed over to the office.
  • There would be an interview scheduled for the candidate.
  • Selected candidates shall be enrolled on payments of the fees as per the Fee Structure
  • The outstation students need to download the application form & send it across to the college address mentioned on the form.
  • In complete application form will be considered as not valid
  • A telephonic interview would be conducted, however it will be valid only after the application form reaches the admission cell
  • Selected candidates will be informed and shall be enrolled on payments of the fees as per the “Fee Structure”.
  • All the candidates will have to submit original certificates at the time of admission.
  • The admission is subjected to Visvesvaraya Technological University Approval. 

Required Certificates for B.E Courses  

  • 10 / SSLC / ICSE / CBSE Pass certificates with the date of birth proof
  • PUC or equivalent Marks Card.
  • Transfer certificate from the School / College last attended
  • Conduct Certificate from the School / College last attended.
  • Migration Certificate in the case of students who have passed exams other than Karnataka PU Exam.
  • Address Proof (Latest Telephone Bill / Gas Connection Bill
  • 6 passport size photographs.

Additional Documents In Case Of Foreign Students

  • Valid students Visa.
  • Passport Copy.
  • Residential Permit.
  • Eligibility Certificate to be obtained from Visvesvaraya Technological University by the students who have passed their qualifying examination from a foreign University.
