Within a short span of time HR department has Successfully done the recruitment of staff with proper recruitment process providing a score card for each candidate, updated the database for the online staff, conducted faculty department. Training program, also campus recruitment training for the pre final year students besides Technical seminar & other seminar related to alternative career for the students. etc...
KNSIT HR department is one among which very few colleges are having, looking forward to strengthen the department by inducting many more HR functions in future.
